If you could all please offer a prayer for Tom. Yesterday his canula came out without us pulling it out and we have changed the site twice since then. His sugars have been very high since then and he now has ketones.
I am hoping we will be able to see a diabetes educator today and hopefully they will know what is causing this problem.

Please pray for a cure for Type One Diabetes
Our sons Tom and Christopher and our daughter Amelia are type one diabetics. We pray everyday for a cure. We do not want one by illicit means though so don't support any organisation that contributes to Embryonic Stem Cell Research. That stuff sure is tricky; I know: one of my younger brothers has diabetes, and he uses the pump. Those devices are awesome in some ways but come with their downsides. Well, I'll make a note for my prayer intentions!
