oxymoron of the week.

Catholics For Obama.

What a worry. How can one be Catholic and support a pro abortion candidate?

I don't think it is possible.

Therese, did you by any chance read the post about JPII's quote on voting? What floored me was the blog writer's comment that "Margaret Sanger did not believe in abortion". I think I would be wasting my time trying to correct that fallacy.

oh, it was not a good thing to visit that site, Therese! Got my blood boiling! Esp. to see the Holy Fathers' pictures and quotes all over there. Yuck!

wish it weren't so, but many many many nominal catholics are for this guy ... it is more a case being tired of what we currently have and they just want a change ... at any price

i think they aren't thinking

Esther, I thought I had replied to you. I must have forgotten to submit my comment. :::oops::: The thing about Margaret Sanger floored me as well. I don't think there is any changing someone that wants to believe garbage like that. I googled Margaret Sanger and Abortion and found lots of quotes that she supported abortion.

Therese, I did get your e-mail. Thank you. I'm just a little behind in replying.

Our sons Tom and Christopher and our daughter Amelia are type one diabetics. We pray everyday for a cure. We do not want one by illicit means though so don't support any organisation that contributes to Embryonic Stem Cell Research. Click on the photo of Tom and Christopher to read about why I am against using Embryonic Stem cells for a cure.
