Tonight at church.

Tonight after Mass, we had two speakers give a talk on WYD. Steve was one of the speakers and I am so proud of him and what he said.

He spoke about the Masses they attended and how they were reverent because of the music. He also spoke about having adoration and going to confession.

After speaking about this, he went on and spoke about the Catechisis classes that he and the children did.

They went to talks by Jason Everett and Christopher West on chastity and the Theology of the body. Steve mentioned that Christopher spoke about contraception and how evil it was and about NFP which we have used. When he said this I felt sure that every eye in the room was on me. I was glad he got up and spoke these words for people to hear though as so many people never hear these words or even realize that contraception is evil.

Please pray for the people in our parish that heard these words today. I hope that hearing these words will make these people think about contraception and how it has a negative impact on marriage and family life.

Please pray for a cure for Type One Diabetes

Please pray for a cure for Type One Diabetes
Our sons Tom and Christopher and our daughter Amelia are type one diabetics. We pray everyday for a cure. We do not want one by illicit means though so don't support any organisation that contributes to Embryonic Stem Cell Research. Click on the photo of Tom and Christopher to read about why I am against using Embryonic Stem cells for a cure.
