Tomorrow morning we will be having the requiem mass and funeral for my father.
At some stage, Steve and I will pray the Chaplet of Divine Mercy. Please join us in prayer.

Please pray for a cure for Type One Diabetes
Our sons Tom and Christopher and our daughter Amelia are type one diabetics. We pray everyday for a cure. We do not want one by illicit means though so don't support any organisation that contributes to Embryonic Stem Cell Research. I can't imagine how difficult this is for you. I will pray a chaplet with you tomorrow evening for the repose of your father's soul and for your comfort, the comfort of his entire family and all of his friends.

I'm so, so sorry for your loss. I know all too well what it's like to lose someone you love. I lost my grandmother this past March, and it still seems unreal to me.
May your dear father rest in peace, and i will certainly pray for the repose of his soul.

Thinking of you and your family a lot...and praying your Dad is lucky enough to celebrate Jesus' Birthday with Him. Can you imagine tasting that Heavenly cake?? :)
So sorry for your loss. I've been behind on my reading lately. Prayers of peace for you and your family in this time of loss. I lost my grandma this time last year... and Craig's grandma passed a few days later. It's tough to loose loved ones anytime, but especially around the holidays.
