Dust everywhere.

Well the renovations continue. Today Steve has been getting the walls ready for painting. We have dust everywhere. I tried to get away from it by going into our room, only to be greeted by this:

It is all over our floor and Steve's bedside table. Now I am glad I have the left side of the bed.

Here is the lounge room looking down from the dining room table end:

You can see how dusty the television cabinet is too. If you can't, here is a close up of it.

I guess the walls will be really flat and perfect at the end. One day I will have less dust in my house but for now, I am glad that I  have a hubby that is interested in doing the house up.

Tomorrow we will have a day off renovations until the evening. We need to empty the lounge room out for the sanding of the floorboards. It will be interesting keeping the children off them while we are sanding/staining and varnishing.

Therese.

No gain without pain or dust and mess in the case of renovations! Will look fantastic when it is all finished I am sure!

Absolutely right.

Please pray for a cure for Type One Diabetes
Our sons Tom and Christopher and our daughter Amelia are type one diabetics. We pray everyday for a cure. We do not want one by illicit means though so don't support any organisation that contributes to Embryonic Stem Cell Research. Click on the photo of Tom and Christopher to read about why I am against using Embryonic Stem cells for a cure.
