Gratituesday.

I saw this last week at Laura's blog and wanted to take part.

This week I am grateful for

the Catholic blogging community.
The churches teachings on marriage and family.
My wonderful husband who encourages me to follow Jesus and be true to the faith given to us.
My 7 children.
Home schooling Tom and Amelia and getting to know them better.

Therese,

These are all wonderful things to be thankful for.

On a side note I am trying to do more to promote literacy in children. Please stop in at my blog for a look at some great children's books.

Happy Reading!

You know what?
I'm grateful for the Catholic blogging community too.
Though I don't limit myself to it,and I have found great people outside of it, I am comforted and enriched by my fellow Catholic writers.

Please pray for a cure for Type One Diabetes

Please pray for a cure for Type One Diabetes
Our sons Tom and Christopher and our daughter Amelia are type one diabetics. We pray everyday for a cure. We do not want one by illicit means though so don't support any organisation that contributes to Embryonic Stem Cell Research. Click on the photo of Tom and Christopher to read about why I am against using Embryonic Stem cells for a cure.
