Ingredients:
3 cups sr flour
1 cup lemonaide
1 cup cream.

Mix together to made dough.

Filling:
1 capsicum grated
2 small zucchinis grated
Shredded ham
Pizza sauce
Cheese.

Preheat oven to 220.
Break dough into 4 equal portions and roll out in long rectangle.

Put pizza sauce on and spread over dough.

Put shredded ham, grated capsicum, zucchini and cheese in centre.

Roll up dough and enclose pizza fillings
Cut into 12 pieces and place in muffin trays

Cook in oven for about 15 minutes until golden brown. Place on cooling tray. Can be eaten hot or cold.

They are delicious Deanne. The muffin trays are the best way to cook them.

Please pray for a cure for Type One Diabetes
Our sons Tom and Christopher and our daughter Amelia are type one diabetics. We pray everyday for a cure. We do not want one by illicit means though so don't support any organisation that contributes to Embryonic Stem Cell Research. Click on the photo of Tom and Christopher to read about why I am against using Embryonic Stem cells for a cure.
