Great Weekend.

This weekend Brigette received her first Holy Comunion. It was a lovely weekend. We had my mother in law, father in law, mother and Brigette's Godparents come up and stay with us.

It was a lovely weekend. We had the mass on Saturday night and had a luncheon on Sunday with all our visitors and friends from the parish too. It was a lovely weekend. The photos didn't turn out very well but I have posted one of Brigette with the other First communion children and our parish priest. Hopefully I will have another one to post later in the week.
Brigette is the girl in the pink and white dress for all those that don't know her.

Oh Therese:)..Am so glad you all enjoyed your day. I kept Brigette in my prayers:)

Brigette looks lovely in her dress. It is SO wonderful to see young girls dress up for such a beautiful event.

I have to admit to being sad when I see children receive their First Communion in jeans and T-shirts..like it is just any other day.

Peace and blessings to you and your family:).

Please pray for a cure for Type One Diabetes
Our sons Tom and Christopher and our daughter Amelia are type one diabetics. We pray everyday for a cure. We do not want one by illicit means though so don't support any organisation that contributes to Embryonic Stem Cell Research. Click on the photo of Tom and Christopher to read about why I am against using Embryonic Stem cells for a cure.
