Karen asked how I make Mushroom pasta so here is the recipe I use:
1 tbspn oil
500 grams mushrooms sliced.
120 grams onions diced.
375 mls evaporated milk (I sometimes use normal milk).
2 tbspns tomato paste.
2 tspns dijon mustard.
1 tspn paprika.
30 grams cheese.
black pepper to taste.
300 grams pasta.
put pasta in boiling water and boil till done.
while it is cooking prepare your sauce.
cook onions and mushrooms in oil for about 5 minutes.
Mix together the milk, tomato paste, mustard and paprika.
add milk mixture to mushrooms with cheese and pepper.
Stir until sauce begins to boil and add pasta.
