Our Week.

This week has been very long and hard. I started out Sunday night not feeling well in the stomach and was up several times in the toilet. Steve stayed home to help out since I hadn't had a very good nights sleep.

On Tuesday Madeline was home with the same virus and on Wednesday Sam was. It was very disruptive to our home school and Thursday was very challenging. Tom and Amelia were off task a lot and took many hours to complete the work I expected them to do. Christopher also has come to realize that he can make Tom and Amelia laugh when he does something naughty and was a big distraction on Wednesday and Thursday especially.

Friday seemed to go better and they both finished their work by 11.30. Because they did it so quickly I took them food shopping and bought them lunch at the bakery. Hopefully this week will be easier and no sickies here.

I've been wiped out with a stomach virus this weekend too. Ugh. Hopefully this week will be better for everyone. God bless.

That virus seems to be running rampant! It's hit quite a few in our area as well. Hope you are feeling better now! And Good News about Tom!

Praise God!

Please pray for a cure for Type One Diabetes
Our sons Tom and Christopher and our daughter Amelia are type one diabetics. We pray everyday for a cure. We do not want one by illicit means though so don't support any organisation that contributes to Embryonic Stem Cell Research. Click on the photo of Tom and Christopher to read about why I am against using Embryonic Stem cells for a cure.
