Dancing a happy dance.

I just got an email from Tom's endo. His hba1c is down to 7.2%. His last one was 10.3% so it is much better. To put it in perspective, a non diabetic person has a hba1c of 5%

Savory Chicken and Sun dried Tomato cheesecake

here you go Shelly. I love it. The children eat it but would rather have something sweet in a cheesecake.

Hope it keeps dropping and stabalises. Looks good though.

I nursed a lady once whose diabetes was really hard to control. She would be 0 in the morning and 38, sometimes even 40 by late evening.
She loved lemon merange pie-but of course it came with the evening meal (if it was on the menu) and she was never allowed to have it.
I realised that every morning she had to have glucose in her tea-which she hated, so I checked with the docs and I was allowed to keep back a slice of pie for her and I would let her have it for breakfast with sugarless tea.
She loved it.

Well done, Tom! Keep it going down.

Please pray for a cure for Type One Diabetes
Our sons Tom and Christopher and our daughter Amelia are type one diabetics. We pray everyday for a cure. We do not want one by illicit means though so don't support any organisation that contributes to Embryonic Stem Cell Research. Click on the photo of Tom and Christopher to read about why I am against using Embryonic Stem cells for a cure.
