Yesterday I had a cooking day. I found a lot of pumpkin in the freezer that I had already cooked and mashed. I had seen the recipe for Pumpkin Damper at Bruggie Tales so I thought I would try it.
This is one great damper. I made three. We have one left. I am certain that the only reason it is left is because I put it in the freezer.

Our sons Tom and Christopher and our daughter Amelia are type one diabetics. We pray everyday for a cure. We do not want one by illicit means though so don't support any organisation that contributes to Embryonic Stem Cell Research.
