Recipe swap.

Pop over to Therese from Musings of a mom for other recipes:

Here is my favourite chicken schnitzels recipe:

ingredients.

5 chicken breast fillets.
1 cup of milk with 1 egg mixed together.
1 cup of flour.
2 cups of breadcrumbs seasoned with salt and pepper.
Alfoil and baking paper.

cut chicken fillets in half.

Place flour and breadcrumbs onto separate sheets of greaseproof paper.

put egg and milk into a bowl. Mix together.

place a chicken fillet in flour first, the egg and milk wash and finally in breadcrumbs.

Wrap each fillet in baking paper and then alfoil.

I cook them in the oven at 180 (Celsius) for about 35-40 minutes.

Serve on bread rolls with salad.

Hi Therese,
They sound great, and so easy to make. I think that I'll try them soon.
Blessings,

Jillian,

We make these the day we buy the chicken fillets and then freeze them for meals. They do need to be fully defrosted to cook but taste delicious.

Please pray for a cure for Type One Diabetes
Our sons Tom and Christopher and our daughter Amelia are type one diabetics. We pray everyday for a cure. We do not want one by illicit means though so don't support any organisation that contributes to Embryonic Stem Cell Research. Click on the photo of Tom and Christopher to read about why I am against using Embryonic Stem cells for a cure.
