Thankful Thursday.

Today I give thanks for the summer holidays. We are spending our days together as a family. We have been to mass nearly everyday.

I am thankful for Joseph. He will be 11 months old on Friday. Only 1 month till his first birthday.

I am thankful for all my online friends.

What are you thankful for today?

I just had major surgery on my ankle - it will take probably about 3 months to heal completely. I am full of gratitude and awe at the support and love of my family and friends. I've come to realized how INCREDIBLY blessed I am, and that I need to share my blessings with others. (I'm also VERY thankful for the health insurance my work provides)

I loved this post, Therese. It reminds me that I should make more of an effort to speak my thankfulness out loud. I am thankful for the love of my family, for the prayers and love sent to me from my blog friends, and most especially for the peace of mind and heart I am beginning to feel in my life after such a horrid year of pain. I thank God for these blessings.

Please pray for a cure for Type One Diabetes

Please pray for a cure for Type One Diabetes
Our sons Tom and Christopher and our daughter Amelia are type one diabetics. We pray everyday for a cure. We do not want one by illicit means though so don't support any organisation that contributes to Embryonic Stem Cell Research. Click on the photo of Tom and Christopher to read about why I am against using Embryonic Stem cells for a cure.
