Thankful Thursday.

Today I am thankful for lent. It is an opportunity to grow closer to God through our penance and prayers.

very interesting! good video clip. now, imagine if God created intelligent life on other worlds? wonder what their struggles (assuming they have any) would be?
and their triumphs? we have such broad minds on earth, but are our minds broad enough to entertain the idea that we might not be alone in the galaxy?

Our sons Tom and Christopher are type one diabetics. We pray everyday for a cure. We do not want one by illicit means though so don't support any organisation that contributes to Embryonic Stem Cell Research.
