Friday.

Today at 3.30 the temps peaked at 45.7. (112)

I am looking forward to the cool change that is expected on Sunday.

We are taking the children to the pool tonight so here is a song for you all to enjoy. I love this song and the two movies too.

Oh I nearly forgot. Today we got our car back so this is why I wanted to sing Happy Day. Not because of the heat.

Don't you just love Whoopi? and that song? - ridiculously uplifting.

Your heat was much worse than ours - you poor things. Swimming sounds good. Cool change coming on Sunday - yeah!

Hi Therese,

How are you coping with this weather? I am sick of staying home to keep out of it.

Our garden, including the fruit trees are not looking so good. The mandarine tree is so stressed it is dropping it's little fruit.

Jack can't wait until soccer is back on.

One more day hopefully then the cool change.

Have a good weekend.

Tania

Tania,

You will have to pop over for a coffee if you want to get out. OUr house is fine as long as the air conditioner goes on early in the morning. I have been putting it on high around lunch time when the day really starts to heat up.

I hope your weekend is great too.

did you know it was the hottest day in February in 101 years today?

Glad you're getting your car back. Have fun at the pool and think of us here in as we freeze - it's 22 degrees F now, although it is supposed to warm up today.

That song echoes my sentiments exactly this morning, and in fact, brought tears to my eyes!

WOW, even hotter for you than for us here in Syd! I'll bet there are bushfires galore in your area at the moment!

Thanks so much for visiting my blog. I actually redesigned it today to personalize it a lot more, its way more 'me' now.

Anyway, great to see your blog progressing so nicely - we actually have a friend in common! I went to school with someone who follows your blog :) RANDOM!

NO WAY!!! This morning I woke up with this and "Joyful, joyful" in my head!!! I actually wanted to add them both to my post on how cranky and tired I am ;)

And if the weather is too hot, come visit here, we have room for many more people in the basement... and plenty of snow outside!

Our sons Tom and Christopher and our daughter Amelia are type one diabetics. We pray everyday for a cure. We do not want one by illicit means though so don't support any organisation that contributes to Embryonic Stem Cell Research.
