I subscribe to Dr. Mercola and he has some great articles on natural living.
I got the newsletter today and it had a link to an article on How to End Laundry Chaos. It is a great read so I thought I would link to it:
You can read it here
When Steve finishes the bathroom, we are doing a new laundry so maybe I will get him to read this too.
All about Therese, Steve, Daniel and Angelique, Sam and Jess, Madeline and Daniel, Brigette and Adriano, Tom, Amelia and Ryan, Christopher and Joseph. Come on in and share a cup of coffee and see what is happening in our lives.

Hi Therese,
We have a rather large laundry basket in the laundry, and the children are expected to put all of their dirty laundry into it, or they are penalised 20c per item from their pocket-money.
It's not very long before it becomes a habit, and I have found that this works really well - no collecting dirty laundry from the various parts of the home.
Blessings,
Jillian

The three older ones do their own laundry now and dear ol'Josh helps me with everyone elses.
As the week goes on a HUGE pile of clean clothes grows on our bedroom floor.
I confess the little kids rather like it for rolling and jumping in [blush=whistle] but then on Saturday mornings I leave the little ones with a big one and taking the laptop upstairs I set up to listen to Dr Ray or Catholic Answers and I just sort the laundry and put it all away.
We have moved the little'uns drawers into our room so I just sort it out in one place.
Of course by Sat afternoon the pile is already beginning again-but for a brief space there i NOTHING on our floor. lol,
Thanks for these great laundry tips. I get Dr. Mercola's newsletter too but hadn't read this one. I even met him a couple of years ago when I was experiencing some health issues. He's great!
Wow, that was full on...some great tips there!
