Why do you blog?

I blog because I am obedient to the Pope.

Lol. Not really. It sounds good though and I do believe that the witness of many blogs around the blogsphere can have an influence on the way people think.

Thanks for sharing this Therese. I watched it with my son who also has a private blog. This message is a good one for our youth.

I blog because doing so helps me to learn and keep up with my faith. Catholic blogging is a journey that serves to keep me in contact with other Catholics, thus strengthening my faith.

My Catholic contacts are largely internet friends; there are very few others I can talk to about the Catholic faith. So, blogging is a way to connect with the larger Catholic community and stay in touch with what is happening in the Catholic world.

PMG it is the same for me. Since moving from Adelaide to the country, we have missed many good Catholic friends. The internet is where I find most of my support now.

Hi Therese,
I blog because it helps me to put my thoughts and God's purpose for me into perspective.

Please pray for a cure for Type One Diabetes
Our sons Tom and Christopher and our daughter Amelia are type one diabetics. We pray everyday for a cure. We do not want one by illicit means though so don't support any organisation that contributes to Embryonic Stem Cell Research. Click on the photo of Tom and Christopher to read about why I am against using Embryonic Stem cells for a cure.
