Celebrate with us.

Day three of The novena to St. Therese.

Baby number 8 is due to arrive at the Aussie Coffee Shop in late January/early February 2009.

Steve and I are both really excited about having another one and feel very blessed.

The children are over the moon and we have plenty of suggestions for names.

Prayers for the baby and for me would be very appreciated.

That's wonderful, Therese! My mom had 10 children, I was #2, and I think it was a blessing that we grew up in a large family.

Don't you know what causes that? Are you Catholic or something? Kids are expensive. You should really control yourselves. You know, NORMAL people have a boy and a girl and that's it. Are you done after this one? Wow, are you trying for a baseball team? Is your husband going to get "fixed" now? You sure have your hands full...

HAHAHA! CONGRATULATIONS! I love it! 8 is a nice, even number. But 9 would be good too. 10 is even better because it's all of your fingers and 11 is...
Heehee, praying for you all!

Congratulations on such great news. Children are a blessing from God. You and your family are in my prayers.
I received the book. Thank you!! My three year old loves it and it has come at a great time because we have so many people around us having babies. I thought it might be too "advanced" for my daughter, but she really gets it.

Thank you all for your kind words.

Shirley, 10 is a great number. My girls were saying last night, maybe we will have triplets. I don't want to entertain that thought for too long.

Laura, your post made me laugh. I am sure I will get lots and lots of comments like that.

AC momma, my younger children all love the book Angel in the Water and we read it regularly. I think they know that this is a book mum will read to them no matter what I am doing.

Uncle Jim, My baby would love to have a cyber uncle.

Lisa, Thanks for your prayers.

Congratulations! You'll have to put a baby counter up next to Tom's so we can all see. :) I bet the children are excited to have another brother or sister. Blessings to you all.

Please pray for a cure for Type One Diabetes
Our sons Tom and Christopher and our daughter Amelia are type one diabetics. We pray everyday for a cure. We do not want one by illicit means though so don't support any organisation that contributes to Embryonic Stem Cell Research.
