Tonight.

Steve and I went on a date.

We went out to tea and then came home and watched a suspense thriller movie called visitation. If any of you know the book by Frank Paretti, that is the book that the movie is based on. It was a bit scary at parts and had lots of false beliefs about God and demons.

It was good though to have a night to ourselves and talk.

Good for you for going on a date with your husband! Sometimes it's necessary to step back, take a deep breath and just relax with your sweetheart to stay connected in your marriage. God bless you both.

Thanks Shirley. It was a really good night. We are going to try and do it at least once a month now that our older boys can look after the other children.

Therese,

I am happy to hear that you had an opportunity to take time for each other. It is so important to have date nights with our spouses.

God Bless,

Kathy

Our sons Tom and Christopher and our daughter Amelia are type one diabetics. We pray everyday for a cure. We do not want one by illicit means though so don't support any organisation that contributes to Embryonic Stem Cell Research. Click on the photo of Tom and Christopher to read about why I am against using Embryonic Stem cells for a cure.
