Therese from The Musings of a Mom hosts recipe swap each week.

This week, I have my home made pasties to share.

Ingredients:

1kg carrots
1 kg potatoes.
500 grams onions.
Curry.
Salt
Pepper
18 sheets frozen puff pastry.

chop all the vegetables in a food processor. Add spices to your taste.

cut sheet of puff pastry into 4.

Place a bit of the mixture in the centre of each triangle.

Fold each corner into make a square. place on baking tray lined with baking paper. Brush egg on top of pastry.

Bake in oven at 210 Celsius for 25-30 minutes. These were left by my dear husband for about 40 minutes so the ones on the edge are a bit too brown.

Please pray for a cure for Type One Diabetes
Our sons Tom and Christopher and our daughter Amelia are type one diabetics. We pray everyday for a cure. We do not want one by illicit means though so don't support any organisation that contributes to Embryonic Stem Cell Research. Click on the photo of Tom and Christopher to read about why I am against using Embryonic Stem cells for a cure.
