OAMC

Today I started cooking our main meals for the month.

So far we have 3 of each of the following:

Spaghetti sauce.
Chilli Con Carne.
Salami and cheese pizza.
Hamburgers.

Still to cook are:

Chicken Enchiladas.
Chicken Fettuccine.
Pasties.
Quiche Loraine.
Sausage Casserole.
Cheeseburger pizzas.
meatloaf
Ham and Pineapple pizzas.

I will split these up over the next two days. I am really tired tonight but it is good to have all these meals in the freezer and not have to worry about cooking once they are all cooked.

I hope you are having a good day too.

Wow, thats wonderful! What a time saver..i need to be more organized that way. We used to do this & it was great to pull something out of the freezer & pop it in the oven. The kids could do it. When you have time I's love your sausage casserole recipe!

Your are truly inspirational! That's fantastic you can make so many meals in advance. I keep telling myself I am going to do this one day. Which day I'm not exactly sure. ;)
Great job!

Hi Therese,
Your so organised!

I love this. I cook for the in-laws now and sometimes I agonize over what to serve up but if I had some meals already made it would be a much easier choice.

Thanks for the idea :)

I have never done anything like this, although dh did before we were married. He had a freezer full of one portion meals all wrapped individually in glad wrap. I was so impressed!

I just cook according to what I feel like on any particular night.
