All about Therese, Steve, Daniel, Sam, Madeline, Brigette, Tom, Amelia, Christopher and Joseph. Come on in and share a cup of coffee and see what is happening in our lives.
Therese, It's so nice to meet you! I'm glad you found me. Thanks for tagging along! How wonderful of God to connect me with someone on another continent! Many New Year's blessings to you and your family. Jennifer Holy Family, Jesus, Mary & Joseph -- pray for us!!
I'm pretty new to being an active Catholic and after going to Mass this morning, I have a better understanding, and appreciation, for the Epiphany. I heard this word before, but now it MEANS something! Our parish is being asked to bring in a paper bag of certain food items to next Sunday's mass. Those will be our gifts to our Lord. I thought that was such a wonderful idea! I can't wait to get my kids involved. The food banks around here in Southern Maryland, USA are in dire need of food, so I'm happy to be helping out! Great post!
Our sons Tom and Christopher are type one diabetics. We pray everyday for a cure. We do not want one by illicit means though so don't support any organisation that contributes to Embryonic Stem Cell Research. Click on the photo of Tom and Christopher to read about why I am against using Embryonic Stem cells for a cure.
All proceeds from sales of "FAITH QUILT" going to "Casa de Amor Children's Homes in Bolivia" and "Sarah's Covenant Homes in India" Two truly extraordinary organisations that take in the most needy children and give them a place of love and security to call home.
