What a day.

Since Christmas three major appliances have gone in our house.

Our washing machine, our microwave and stove top are all not working. We were going to get the washing machine fixed but found out today that it is going to cost just about as much to fix as buying a new one.

We will go without a microwave for a while. I haven't really missed it enough yet to rush out and buy one. We will need to get the stove fixed soon though and will probably buy a new washing machine. The upright freezer will have to wait now. A washing machine is a bit more important to me than a freezer.

Therese,

Why is it that appliances always go out in 2's and 3's? It's like if your hot water heater dies you know that something big like the furnance is next.

Since microwaves emit unhealthy radiation, your probably better off waiting awhile e on that one.

God BLess!

Therese-OUCH! That does hurt! We had our heat stop working on Sunday! Thank goodness it was after the subzero cold had left. Luckily it was fixable...and the subzero begins again tonight!

What a pain when these things happen at the same time. Hope you have solutions soon!

Our sons Tom and Christopher and our daughter Amelia are type one diabetics. We pray everyday for a cure. We do not want one by illicit means though so don't support any organisation that contributes to Embryonic Stem Cell Research. Click on the photo of Tom and Christopher to read about why I am against using Embryonic Stem cells for a cure.
