Sewing.

I finished the boys shirts last night:

They are nice and bright. Tom choose the fabric and I said to him well we won't ever loose you in them.

I also cut out my dress yesterday so this afternoon I will probably get a chance to start sewing it.

If I can finish it this weekend, I can start on the bathers.

Great job Therese! I love the material for your dress. Very pretty floral. :)

Thanks Kelly.

When we went to buy fabric, I was thinking of getting a black floral. There weren't any nice ones though. My mother thought this was better than black anyway since we have such hot summers. Baby is due in the middle of summer and it will probably be over 110 when he is born.

I am so impressed with the things you make...I have dreams of sewing one day! I did, however, sew Michael's blankie back together on my machine.

Here's a business proposal... you could make them in adult men sizes... ship them to me... I'll sell them to hunters. There will never be another deer or elk brought down -- they will have seen the hunters from a mile away... and there won't be any accidental shootings of hunters either. I hope you're smiling. Just teasing. Blessings. deacon tom

Oh, I *love* the floral for your dress, Therese!!! It is just that kind of fabric I love to use--so feminine.

I like the black backgrounds, too, but only for early spring/fall. Summers get hot here, too. Ugh. I stick to cotton voiles and lawns when I can, or linen when I can get it.

Our sons Tom and Christopher and our daughter Amelia are type one diabetics. We pray everyday for a cure. We do not want one by illicit means though so don't support any organisation that contributes to Embryonic Stem Cell Research.
