A productive day.

I love this stage of pregnancy although I am starting to feel weary by the late afternoon.

I have just about finished off my dress. Only the buttons to go on which I will sew on after I post here.

I made the Butterscotch Icecream this morning. Here it is all mixed up. I doubled the recipe and it made 1.3 litres.

I also started Amelia's bathers. Her pants are done and I will do her top when I have a chance. Hopefully I will be able to start it tomorrow.

Hi Therese,
Care to share your ice-cream recipe? We have loads of goats' milk at the moment.
Blessings,
Jillian

Jillian,

The icecream recipe is made with cream and Philadelphia Cream Cheese so no milk.

I did post the recipe for the recipe swap on Thursday and it is here.

Our sons Tom and Christopher and our daughter Amelia are type one diabetics. We pray everyday for a cure. We do not want one by illicit means though so don't support any organisation that contributes to Embryonic Stem Cell Research.
