Please pray for a cure for Type One Diabetes
Our sons Tom and Christopher and our daughter Amelia are type one diabetics. We pray everyday for a cure. We do not want one by illicit means though so don't support any organisation that contributes to Embryonic Stem Cell Research. Already did this and I came back Italian. LOL 'cause I AM Italian.
I love Italian cuisine and everything about Italy. I was hoping I would get it.
I'm convinced the world is divided into two groups. Those that are Italian and those that wish they were.

lol. So Miss Italian, can you tell me the secret to make melt in your mouth gnocchi?
DO NOT overcook the potatoes (steam if possible and use a yellow or gold tater). If you do overcook, they will get too wet and soak up too much flour making them tough and heavy. Think dumpling, which is what they really are. Coarsely grate and don't over-knead.
I personally am not all that fond of gnocchi:)
