Do you want a Patron Saint for 2009?

This year St. Gianna has been praying for me and I have asked for her intercession many times. Angela Messenger did the Patron saints last year and this year Marilena from A Traditional Catholic has taken on the job.

So if you want a Patron Saint to pray for you through the year, go and ask Marilena and I she will pair you up with someone.

I am going to have St. Anne praying for me next year.

Edit to add the patron saint for the year is now closed. 1/1/2009

You should put a holy card picture of Saint Anne on your sidebar:)

This is a lovely idea - I've added my name and son's name for a saint. Can't wait to find out who we have :)

Hi There,
I would love to sign up to know who my patron saint for 2009. I would also like to know who my patron saint for 2008 is.

I have always been curious how this was done. I read somewhere St. Therese did this but I don't know much about it.

I love your blog...so much to see.
God bless you,

Please pray for a cure for Type One Diabetes
Our sons Tom and Christopher and our daughter Amelia are type one diabetics. We pray everyday for a cure. We do not want one by illicit means though so don't support any organisation that contributes to Embryonic Stem Cell Research. Click on the photo of Tom and Christopher to read about why I am against using Embryonic Stem cells for a cure.
