There are a total of six parts for the whole show. It shows a women, Louise Redknapp and what she goes through to get down from a size 8 to size 4 (size 0 in the States).
These video's show how unhealthy crash dieting is. It really is a must see for every women.

Our sons Tom and Christopher and our daughter Amelia are type one diabetics. We pray everyday for a cure. We do not want one by illicit means though so don't support any organisation that contributes to Embryonic Stem Cell Research.
