A productive day.

We are now in the Autumn season here and days are not too hot. It was perfect weather for Steve to get out in the garden.

He has got rid of the crops that are no longer growing and started to prepare the ground for some new plants.

I started our oamc today and Christopher was sure I needed a hand. He is rather cute but when I have a lot to do he can get in the way. I knew he would be more helpful to Steve who was now putting manure on our garden.

I got Christopher his wheel barrow and Steve would fill it up with manure and then Christopher would follow Steve over and dump his lot on the garden. He had lots of fun and was out of my hair for a while and the best part of all was he helped Steve.

What a precious picture! Children are such awesome helpers! I bet Christopher felt like he was quite the big boy, too.

I always have fun working around the children while I am cooking. If they are not helping me stir what is in the pot, they decide that the kitchen is the play room.

I guess that is a good sign that they love to be with their mom. :)

Enjoy those cool days! Ours are finally starting to warm up. It was a LONG winter for us up here.

What a good idea to get your "little helper" involved :0)

I bet he had alot of fun.

It's nice to see a picture of a proper sunny day. It feels like forever since it was that sunny over this side of the world lol :0)

Not that I'm jealous of course ;0)

Blessings to you and yours

May God grant you abundant blessings from the garden. :) I think I need Steve here to help me! We have trouble growing things here. I do seem to be having luck with broccoli at the moment(cool weather), but they are a bit small.

Oh, isn't he so cute? It only seems like yesterday that my son was also running around the garden with his wheelbarrow. How quickly they grow!

Love getting children to help out. I found it neat to read that you are in the season of Autumn :) We are still cold in winter but getting ready to move into spring. After all the cleaning I did this week with sick children, I feel that I already did a bunch of spring cleaning.

Have a blessed week,
