Praise God.

A new week so some things I Praise God for.

Praise God for my daughter and the 14 years she has been a part of our family.

Praise God for our great day yesterday as a family celebrating her birthday.

Praise God for my online friends who encourage me in my faith.

Praise God for coffee that wakes me up well in the morning.

Praise God for the shopping trip the girls and I were able to go on this weekend.

Praise God for my boys.

Hi Therese,
It is good to find things to be thankful for, for there are always many things to give thanks for.

How do you manage to get up in the middle of the night to change Tom's pump? I don't wake up easily, but when I do, it's usually with a headache, such as this morning when the cats were playing chasey throughout the lounge and hallway. They managed to also spill a full bowl of dry cat food all over the lounge room floor! :(

Hi HSM4C,

The night we had to change Tom's pump, I hadn't been to bed yet. It was just on midnight when I did the change. I have done plenty of middle of the night changes though when we have needed them. Changing is quite automatic for me now. I do it every three days and know the process inside out. Last night when we needed another change, I talked my husband through it.

Beautiful and an important reminder to not only to petition to God but to never cease praising Him as well!

Blessings,
Kate

Please pray for a cure for Type One Diabetes

Please pray for a cure for Type One Diabetes
Our sons Tom and Christopher and our daughter Amelia are type one diabetics. We pray everyday for a cure. We do not want one by illicit means though so don't support any organisation that contributes to Embryonic Stem Cell Research. Click on the photo of Tom and Christopher to read about why I am against using Embryonic Stem cells for a cure.
